Femtosecond laser nano- and microstructuring of materials

In recent years, we did experimental research into nano- and microstructuring, as well as phase and chemical micromodification (nitrogenation, superdoping) of the surface of materials –silicon, titanium, aluminium, glass – under the action of ultrashort laser pulses to produce unique functional nanostructured materials and coatings for applications in nanophotonics, medicine, materials science, physics of superstrong electromagnetic fields and high energies.
