• preparing and approving of the ISRC Scientific program  (2009);
• distribution of invitation letters to potential participants of researches along the ISRC Scientific program  and, first of all, to former collaborators within the Pamir-Chacaltaya International Emulsion Chamber Experiment;

• inventory auditing of property transferring to the Center as initial contributions by the Parties-constitutors of the Center;

• reconstruction of the Ak-Arkhar experimental site (summer 2009);
