The first CPR meeting

The first meeting of the Council of Plenipotentiary Representatives (CPR) of Governments of the member states of the Pamir-Chacaltaya International Scientific Research Center was held on March 25th, 2009 in the new building of the RAS Presidium in Moscow and was chaired by Academician V. A. Matveev, the Academician-Secretary of the Physics Sciences Department of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
