The current projects where the Lab is involved

• “Quantum nanostructures”, a program of the Presidium of RAS. "Radiation distribution and amplification with a high flux density (more than 10⁶W/cm²) in the semiconductor heterostructures with quantum-well active layers", project 2.16.
• "Coherent optical radiation of the semiconductor compounds and structures", a program of PSD RAS
• "Research and development on the priority directions of a scientific-technological complex of the Russian Federation for 2007-2012" (State Contract N 02.513.11.3168), a FTP (Federal target program)
• A program to support the leading scientific schools of the RF (grant N НШ-6055.2006.02)
