PAVICOM consists of two independent completely automated devices PAVICOM-1 and PAVICOM-2, The devices differ from each other by the optic stage moving ranges which determine the allowable film dimensions.

The image of the object is created on CCD-matrix by the microscope objective. Video signal formed by the camera is transmitted to the binarization card. The data digitized by the special code are directed into the computer memory and visualized on the monitor.

The mathematical treatment of the digitized images is computed using C++ software package. The computer processing includes the object search and identification, the reconstruction of particle track and interaction point coordinates in the detector, and some other operations. The stage movement is controlled during the measurement process by the computer with special software C++ package.
